The gap between the walls is filled with quality grade glass wool for the purpose of heat insulation.

A thermostat is fitted in the device for the purpose of safety purpose. The two shelves are added for the functioning of the oven. The range of temperature is controlled between 5º above ambient to ambient to 250º C with accuracy of ± 1ºC with an elegant door closing device.
